Our Solution

We created the Social Media Channel Map to help you outline your social media strategy by channel. This Microsoft Excel tool groups channels into six main categories: Social Networks, Social Bookmarks, Presentation Sharing, Blogs, Video/Photo Sharing & Microblogs. In the "Map" tab, select the channels that best work for your organization. You can add and/or remove any channels that do not serve your social media strategy.

In the "Channels" tab, you will be able to set goals, select a project owner, and incorporate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the channels you selected in the "Map" tab.
